Since our inception, we have taken action to infuse these values throughout our internal culture, systems, and practices. We have taken deliberate steps to strengthen our ability to recruit and retain exemplary diverse staff and leadership. We have undertaken reviews and audits of pay, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they support our values and enable our employees around the world to do their best work.

What we have done so far

A diverse culture
CredAvenue is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We host a set of D,E & I sensitization and awareness programs that help employees learn about people from different backgrounds and cultures.
For women
- Support for women returning to work after maternity in terms of offering them flexi hours.
- In addition to the 26 weeks of paid maternity leave, employees have the option of extending their maternity leave for another 26 weeks during which the employee is entitled to get 25% of her fixed compensation for the additional period of leave.
- Normalising remote work and offering flexi timings for women.


POSH
Mandatory training on the prevention of sexual harassment also helps in building a mutually respected workplace culture across departments.
Childcare
CredAvenue is committed to supporting its employees in every way possible. All employees are eligible to receive Child Care reimbursement up to INR 15,000 per month per child.
