Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

In our quest to amplify the Startup 2.0 mission, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has been weaved into the cultural fabric of CredAvenue. Every aspect of the workplace including the panoramic office set up reflects the DE&I belief that we hold high.

Our commitment to these values is unwavering – across all of our work around the world. They are central to our mission and to our impact. We know that having varied perspectives helps generate better ideas to solve the complex problems of a changing—and increasingly diverse—world.

Since our inception, we have taken action to infuse these values throughout our internal culture, systems, and practices. We have taken deliberate steps to strengthen our ability to recruit and retain exemplary diverse staff and leadership. We have undertaken reviews and audits of pay, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they support our values and enable our employees around the world to do their best work.

Know your Credsters

Credsters are a unique breed of people who display some characteristics that are interesting to observe. Some of the different types of Credsters we have been able to identify so far are described below. Scroll on!
The Curious Credster
The Curious Credster is always looking for new problems to solve and new knowledge to gain. These kinds of people at CredAvenue are passionate problem solvers, who look at novel ways of solving problems at scale.
The Data-driven Credster
Credsters swear by data. They believe in the sanctity of data and feel that all decisions must be made keeping the data in mind. They have a penchant for being data driven in making decisions and strongly believe that measuring everything at work, both successes and failures makes learning holistic.
The Competitive Credster
Credsters are highly competitive by nature. That is the culture that the founders envisioned for the company at its inception and it has manifested itself into one of the most dynamic meritocracies. When you put some of the smartest people in the country in a room (or a Zoom call, #WFH) together, healthy competition is bound to follow!
The Hustler Credster
Credsters have a hustler mindset. A frame of mind that helps in juggling between multiple projects at the same time, with the same energy and hunger for superior results in whatever they pursue. They know that results matter, learning matters and growth matters. They explore multiple methodologies and options because the end result is to always get things done.
The Innovator Credster
Credsters are explorers at heart. Every new idea and brainwave needs to be fleshed out right then and there. They have the hunger to go after unexplored charters with an optimistic outlook to conquer them. The sheer scale of what they don’t know doesn’t bog them down, but only inspires them to march forward with strength and perseverance.
The Enabler Credster
Credsters are team players and are inclusive of their colleagues and team members by nature. Credsters are not chasing personal glory. Team comes first before themselves. They are encouraged by the team’s success and don’t care for personal glory. They are altruists at heart and the way they operate.
